This policy explains how Vinci collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with www.vinciweb.dev. It is written to meet the notice and transparency duties under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site or send an inquiry.
The data controller for this site is Vinci (וינצ'י), a web development studio operating from Israel ("Vinci", "we", "us").
For privacy questions, rights requests, or related inquiries, contact us via WhatsApp, the Contact by email form on the Contact page, or at admin@vinciweb.dev. We aim to respond promptly and, where statutory timelines apply, within those timelines.
This policy covers use of Vinci's marketing website, business inquiries sent through the site (WhatsApp, the email contact form, or handoff to those channels), and cookies or similar technologies on the site.
It does not cover third-party websites or services linked from this site. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
WhatsApp inquiries: when you choose to contact us, you share whatever you decide to send (for example a name, business details, a link to an existing site, and the content of your message). The conversation runs on Meta's WhatsApp platform. This site does not store chat content in its own database.
Email form on the Contact page: if you choose Contact by email, you may send your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. The information is emailed to us at admin@vinciweb.dev so we can reply. We do not store inquiry content in a site database beyond what is needed to handle the email and keep reasonable business records.
Technical and operational data: hosting and security providers may keep standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, operating system, page URL, request time, and error data, for operations, security, and abuse prevention.
Local browser preferences: language choice, cookie preferences, and accessibility settings may be stored in your browser (for example in an essential cookie or localStorage). Accessibility preferences are not sent to us as a tracking profile.
Google Analytics 4: the Google measurement tag is embedded with Consent Mode. Measurement is off by default (no analytics cookies stored). Only if you approve analytics cookies does measurement turn on; then Google may collect data such as pages viewed, traffic source, device/browser type, language, approximate geography, and technical identifiers (including an IP address Google may process). You can withdraw anytime in cookie settings.
Google Search Console: we use this tool to monitor indexing, search performance, and technical health of the site. It is a webmaster tool and does not run a tracking script in visitors' browsers. Query and performance data is processed in Google's interface under Google's terms.
Responding to business inquiries, providing quotes, and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Operating the site securely, preventing fraud or misuse, and maintaining availability.
Measuring site use and improving content, structure, and experience via Google Analytics (only after consent).
Monitoring search visibility and technical health via Google Search Console.
Meeting legal obligations, including rights requests and regulatory inquiries where required.
Processing is carried out under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13, and where relevant under foreign law principles that apply to visitors outside Israel.
An inquiry you initiate (for example opening a WhatsApp chat or submitting the email contact form) is treated as a request for a response and for processing the information needed to handle that request.
Technical processing required to run and secure the site is part of providing the digital service.
Google Analytics and analytics cookies rely on informed consent that you can withdraw at any time through the site's cookie settings.
Essential cookies: needed for basic site operation, including remembering interface language and your cookie-consent choice. These do not require separate consent.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): the Google tag may be present on the site, but analytics storage is denied by default (Consent Mode). Measurement turns on only after you click Accept or enable the Analytics category in cookie settings. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer or the cookie chip.
The accessibility menu stores preferences locally in your browser and is not used for marketing tracking.
Google Search Console does not place tracking cookies on the site for visitors.
We do not sell personal information.
Google (Analytics and Search Console): when analytics is enabled after consent, usage data is shared with Google to provide the service. Search Console data is processed in Google's interfaces. Information may be processed outside Israel (including in the United States) under Google's privacy policy and product terms.
WhatsApp / Meta: clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to an external service. From that point, Meta/WhatsApp privacy terms apply, and information may be processed outside Israel.
Email (Migadu): messages from the contact form are sent through secure email infrastructure. Inquiry content is delivered to admin@vinciweb.dev and processed for replies, reasonable business records, and legal protection, in line with the retention section.
Hosting, domain, security, and infrastructure providers (including Vercel): receive the technical access needed to run the site. Some providers may operate outside Israel. In those cases, information is transferred to operate the service under customary contractual safeguards.
Competent authorities: information may be disclosed if required by law or a binding order.
We apply reasonable, industry-appropriate security measures for a site of this nature and data volume, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/SSL), access limitations, and reliance on professional infrastructure providers.
No system is perfectly secure. If a material security incident involving personal information occurs, we will act in line with applicable legal duties, including notice where required.
Business inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the request, manage a reasonable business relationship, or protect legal claims, unless you ask for deletion and no other legal duty requires retention.
Server logs follow the infrastructure provider's retention practices, usually for a limited period needed for security and operations.
Google Analytics data is retained in our Google Analytics account according to the retention period configured there (typically months up to two years, depending on settings). You can stop future collection by withdrawing analytics consent.
Cookie and accessibility preferences remain in your browser until you clear them or they expire.
Subject to Israel's Privacy Protection Law and its exceptions, you may have rights including: access to personal information held about you; correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or out of date; and in appropriate cases a request to delete or stop a particular use of information.
You may withdraw consent to Google Analytics and non-essential cookies at any time through cookie settings.
Visitors covered by foreign law (for example the GDPR) may have additional rights under that law. We will handle such requests in line with the applicable legal duties.
To exercise rights, contact us via WhatsApp, the Contact by email form on the Contact page, or at admin@vinciweb.dev. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before fulfilling a request.
If you believe your privacy rights have been infringed, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review and address the issue.
You also have the right to contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority, the competent regulator in this field.
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. If such information was collected unintentionally, we will delete it after an appropriate notice.
We may update this policy from time to time, including when services, tools, or applicable law change. The updated version will be posted on this page, with the revision date at the top.
Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
